I can’t say enough positive things about Call the Bee! Amber was my contact person in the office, she was such a huge help when applying for the Eversource loan and putting together the required documents for my HOA. She answered all of my questions throughout the process and responded quickly during our correspondence. Justin, Josh and Dorian, the technicians who installed my Dankin mini spit system, were also great! They were all very personable, professional and worked efficiently. I am beyond happy with my mini split, it cools my entire place, is quiet and super energy efficient. I had an ancient central air system previously and my electric bill is so much lower now!! Today Tyler came by and addressed all my issues. He not only checked on my AC but also fixed a couple of nagging problems which turned out to be minor. I was so grateful because what was minor to him had been worrisome to me.
