Do not call! Read carefully all 1 star reviews first..30 in 6 months..terrible Faucet (that I supplied) install $545.50 and 2 1/4 turn shut off valves $429.84= $1037..OVERPRICED.. PREDATORY..took advantage of elderly handicapped homeowners using intimidation and fear tactics to procure valve install..also install on faucet was botched by Robert..had to call to have 2nd tech come out to fix it..Steven J (2nd tech) was pleasant and quick..there are still some good guys out there
James is amazing, considerate, thoughtful and diligent. I can’t say enough about him. We had a furnace and water heater installed by Busy Bee and they were great! Brian came out and gave the quote and James and another young man (I’m sorry I’m not sure of his name)(I apologize) and installed the product. They were amazing at getting everything installed properly and cleaning up after themselves. James returned due to my highly sensitive sense of smell and addressed my concerns with thoughtfulness and thoroughness and set my mind at ease, I can’t say enough about that young man! He deserves a raise! He has a genuine soul. He’s going to keep your business profitable!! Don’t do anything to lose him, it’ll be your loss and someone else’s gain!!
