James Smith was over the top Outstanding. He did a phenomenal job of explaining the issues, while offering numerous options, that put me at ease because he clearly made me understand everything, answered my questions, and it enabled me to make the decision that was best for my family.
Our AC was not working and James from Call The Bee came out right way to check on our AC. He was extremely professional and definitely knew his stuff!!! He explained in detail all our options and went out of his way to schedule our new AC system. He alleviated all my anxiety as I have some health issues and were in The midst of a heat wave. I am extremely happy with call the Bee Service and especially James.
Brad did an excellent job for us, very professional. Would highly recommend him and will request him in the future. Would give him an overall rating of 10, the highest possible rating.
