"Extremely Disappointed I have Called the Bee in the past and was pleased with the service and value. I scheduled an appointment to clear a clogged shower drain and slow draining bathroom sink. The original service was delayed for 2 days for perfectly reasonable reasons. The technician showed up on time for what should have been a routine call, maybe 1.5 to 2 hours being very generous. The quote totaled over $600 for clearing 2 drains manually. The jet clean was over $900 with tax. I could have sent him home and be out the initial $90 booking fee. Given our situation, I agreed to the manual cleaning. My choice. Just letting everyone here know what there pricing model currently looks like for a relatively routine service call/appointment. The technician was pleasant and professional. Unfortunately, his employer did not equip him with the necessary tools to carry out this job in a timely and efficient manner. The manual snake did not clear the shower drain completely. He the went to the truck to use a scope which was not charged, and only had the usb cable. I had to supply the wall plug. After 45 minutes of his standing outside with a colleague he returned with a power snake, abandoning the scope completely. Initially he could not get it to work and had to consult his colleague on the proper operation of the device. Finally the drain was cleared. Turning his attention the bathroom sink, he announced that he did not have the proper tool and would need to return tomorrow. I explained that we were already delayed and he graciously apologized and went back to the shop for the proper sized tool. Finally, after 5 hours, the job was complete, resulting in missed and rescheduled appointments. The technician was unable to process my credit card payment twice. The second time he called me 30 minutes after the job to come out and process again. The second attempt showed the transaction was approved. I received a call this morning indicating that the second attempt failed and I need to pay yet again. I expressed my displeasure with the service and he indicated he would leave a message for someone to call me. I am awaiting that call. I fault the technician only in that his employer, Call the Bee, did not give him the proper tools and guidance to carry out his job. Be wary of Call the Bee’s ability to properly staff and equip technicians. This is not the service and value that I have known and was expecting based on my experience. I will not be Calling the Bee again. "

"Jason did an outstanding job - I had a weird problem & he troubleshot it down to a pressure switch. I would highly recommend him to troubleshoot furnace problems."

"Today Tyler came by and addressed all my issues. He not only checked on my AC but also fixed a couple of nagging problems which turned out to be minor. I was so grateful because what was minor to him had been worrisome to me. I highly recommend Call the Bee and their wonderful employees like Tyler-- Always polite, professional and most important accessible when something goes wrong-"

"Fake advertising $79. Once give you call. You will get schedule on after summer or beginning of winter. Best of luck folks."

"Talk about overcharging and raked over the coals. These guys charged me $881.26 for a Combination Fill Valve and Backflow preventer and two established Plumbing supplies outlets told my the price for the same part was $184.12 ! Then the second part for the Boiler Exchanger Liner at the Supply Store was $100.00 These rip off artists charged me $1,010.00 for the same part A 1000% profit !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Plus $361for a regular cleaning .TOTAL COST for the job $2300.00 ! Another HVAC Co. said the whole job and parts and labor would be $780.00. So if you're 68 years old ,live alone and are recovering from a massive Hear Attack DON"T CALL THESE PREDATORTS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!IF YOU DO

"Beware. Super high prices. Charge you for the high estimate. Found their process predatory. Said they charge a fee for coming out that gets credited to the repair. Said they would do estimate and install in one visit. Took day off. Tech arrived next day, said he doesn't do installs, only estimates. I would have to call again to schedule install. Price was triple what the next plumber I called charged. Beware!"
